1. Refunds
All services, appointments, digital downloads, and ritual-based work are non-refundable. Each offering is crafted with care, time, and intention. Once energy work has begun or a service has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. Please book intentionally and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
2. Services & Scheduling
Services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. All appointments must be paid in full prior to scheduling unless a deposit option is explicitly offered. Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. If you need to reschedule, 24-hour notice is required. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.
3. Emergency Appointments
Emergency or same-day appointments are subject to availability and may include an expedited booking fee. These are prioritized but not guaranteed. Please email or message directly with the subject line “URGENT REQUEST” for quickest review.
4. Confidentiality & Sacred Integrity
All client information, readings, and spiritual work are held in strict confidentiality. Your spiritual journey is honored and protected. No part of your session will be recorded, shared, or disclosed without express written permission.
5. Shipping (For Products)
All physical products are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided once the item has been processed. Processing time is typically 7–10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Satin Davis Official is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer care within 48 hours with photo proof for a replacement. No refunds are given for damaged items, but replacements will be sent when verified.
